A group of us have been talking about technology standards, and after looking at standards implemented from other states, we have started the process of assembling a document with what we feel are the best parts of each.
It is difficult to write standards that will be relevant for at least as long as the payments on a new car...technology changes so fast and it's hard to know what the future will look like.
